An expanded Ways to Earn framework, covering Dose Fam enrollment, every 30 servings consumed, written and video product reviews, SMS opt-in, $99+ orders, and bonus actions, turned loyalty into a daily engagement engine rather than a once-per-purchase interaction.
A custom Milestone Rewards program layered on top, opening with a $100+ value Starter Kit on the first order (rechargeable frother, gun metal spoon, starter booklet, breath work app access, and Dose sticker) and stretching across 9 free gifts in the first 12 orders to systematically pull subscribers through the cycles where churn typically spikes. A fully branded on-site experience replaced the rigid templates of the previous vendor, with a redesigned loyalty UI that clearly shows customers their tier, progress, and the actions needed to unlock more value. The redemption catalog itself was engineered to build identity rather than erode margin: Dose-branded drinkware (Glass Cup, 30-Serving Vessel, Jumbo Vessel, Tumbler), the Mushy Plushy collectible, a To-Do List Fridge Magnet, a branded Tote, and a free A2 Probiotic Creamer all give customers a reason to redeem that reinforces the brand on every cup.

Deep Skio Integration, Partnership Offer, and Referrals System

Bubblehouse delivered a tightly integrated loyalty experience across Skio, unlocking features such as point earning tied to subscription cycles and the ability for customers to view, track, and redeem rewards directly inside Skio's customer portal. Subscribers now have clear, motivating reasons to start a subscription, stay subscribed, and progress through tiers over time. To extend the program beyond the cup, Bubblehouse worked with Everyday Dose to integrate a flagship partnership with Othership directly into the loyalty experience: a 6-month free pass to the Othership breathwork app (a $108 value at $18 per month) is included free for every Everyday Dose customer and unlockable directly inside the rewards portal, turning Dose Rewards into a true wellness-ecosystem benefit rather than a standalone points program. The Everyday Dose Referral Program plugs into the same infrastructure, giving every customer a personal invite link, a $5 discount for the friend, and a $5 discount for the referrer in return, so the most loyal Pro and Elite tier members become a self-sustaining acquisition channel. Together, the Skio integration, the Othership unlock, and the referral mechanic ensure that subscription management, partnership benefits, and word-of-mouth growth all operate as one loyalty system, delivering a consistent customer journey across every touchpoint.
