Meet the new Bubblehouse

Our product has grown. Our customers have too. And today we are introducing a new visual identity that matches the company we have become and the brands we serve. While our look is new, our mission remains the same.

Why we’re evolving

Bubblehouse replaces cookie-cutter loyalty apps with flexible, dynamic systems that bring shoppers closer to the brands they love. As more innovators build highly integrated loyalty experiences, our platform has expanded with them. Each new customer has helped sharpen what a true loyalty system can include.

We have always challenged the status quo and we’re not stopping now. But our previous pastel-centered visual identity no longer reflects the sophistication of our product or the clarity, reliability, and direction our enterprise and mid-market customers expect and deserve. Our new brand, grounded in bold earth tones, matches who we are today and the promises we make every day.

From pastels to earth tones

Our new look centers on three key tones:

Slate: communicates structure and product rigor, and reinforces our commitment to redefining loyalty.

Tan: suits every setting and is a reminder that our flexible platform enables any experience imaginable.

Green: provides high contrast for emphasis and signals customer growth and momentum.

Together they express the confidence our customers feel and the statement we’re not only reliable but approachable operators.


How the new identity supports our mission

Our stance is unchanged: loyalty is a system, not a plug-in. When it runs through every step of the journey, it deepens connection, drives repeat purchase, and lifts customer lifetime values.
